The prince of Wales Institute Of Engineering & Technology, Jorhat in the year 2002, Computer Hardware Engineering from DOEACC, Guwahati, B.C.A. from K.S.O.U., Karnatak. He has been in the business of publishing for 12 years and has tremendous knowledge in this field. He laid the concept of digital publishing and has been the main backbone of Assam Digital Library. Under his leadership and guidance Assam Digital Library has made its presence felt among both authors and readers. It is a heartfelt belief that under his leadership Assam Digital Library would be able to reach a new height.

By profession Mr. Bhabananda Baruah is a software engineer having education qualification of Masters Of Computer Application degree from Dibrugarh University in the year 2011. He has been associated with the development of the website and ERP software of Assam Digital Library. Under his leadership and guidance he and his development team has successfully developed the website and fulfilled many aspirations of the author and reader. There is a strong belief that under his guidance Assam Digital Library would be able to achieve new height in terms of technology.
